Yoga postures (yogaasanas) have often been thought of as a form of exercise.

They are not exercises but techniques which place the body in positions that cultivate awareness in the body, more feeling in the body.

Also cultivating relaxation, concentration and meditation.

Part of the process is he development of good physical health by lengthening muscles, massaging, stimulating the mind and body and internal organs using postures and the breath.

So asanas are complementary to exercise and everyday life.

Classes are suitable for all ages no experience is needed.

First timers are £4 first class

£8.00 per person per class.
